You can downgrade to our Free plan at any time and the software will continue to work normally without losing any data. You just will not be able to use the paid features anymore.
Sure! You can change plans at any time.
No. Your database will continue working normally without losing any data even if you decide to downgrade to our Free Plan. So all your sales, cash register, products registration (including inventory) and client registration information will be there as it was during the trial period.
By the end of the Premium plan free trial will have two options: subscribe for the Premium Plan and select the best paying method for your business or keep using our softwares Free Plan for as long as you wish. In both cases you won't lose any data that is already in the software.
You can use Nex’s Free plan for as long as you wish. But we also offer a 14 day trial on our Premium plan which is monthly paid and has more features so you can test it for free and decide which one is more suitable for your business. Our team will be ready to assist you during the trial period so you can extract the maximum value of your POS System.
If this is the first time you are downloading our software we recommend you to test our Premium plan so you can use our advanced features and count on our customer service team to help you set up the software to your business needs during the 14 day trial.
How does the test period work?

At the end of the trial period you can choose to subscribe and stay in the paid plan or not. If you wish to stay you must make the payment. Otherwise, nothing else will be charged.

All your information will be kept, you will not loose any data. All your sales, products, stock and customers data will remain the same as before changing your plan, totally secure. So all your data, even those created during the test period, will remain valid.
